Does it hurt? Or is it just like your finger turns white and that’s it, coming from someone that knows nothing about this.

    2. Hey, a friend of mine has this and I’ve been growing interest in learning more about things I don’t know a lot of.

How do you go about such a condition medically/is there any long term treatment that can help it?

    3. If you’re into nail polish, thermal polishes are extra fun with reynauds 😂. Wearing a thermal polish helped convince my doc how bad my reynauds is.

    4. I have this too! It’s my left index finger that’s most affected but your hand looks like mine (right down to the black nail polish).

Friend of mine has it, and a few (not all) of his fingers turn an unnerving shade of purple, especially if it’s the slightest bit chilly or the AC is on. I can’t recall him ever complaining that it hurts or anything, and be has full utility and mobility. Just blueish purple.

    6. I have this, too, but it’s mostly in my toes. I call it ghost toes.

Mine is part of a larger disorder called CREST syndrome.

Same here. As someone that enjoys winter sports and works outside, it’s such a pain. I have to constantly make sure I have an extra jacket on me and desperately avoid getting even remotely cold. Otherwise my fingers and toes go white and numb.

    8. Maybe put more clothes on when you are cold. Like long pants would keep you warm much better than your current setup. Your body is trying to survive by cutting blood flow to not so essential parts. Fingers and toes are first. More clothes.
